One Saturday in November I set up a play date with my Nephews and we went to the LA zoo.
It was my first time taking both of the boys out by myself. It was super exciting!
It was a beautiful day for the zoo.
I got a stroller for Benny and we were off.
My boys like popcorn just like I do….so we bought a bag of kettle corn as big as Benny…you know to keep up our strength as we looked at the animals.
Not having children of my own or much exposure to things like petting zoos…I'm opposed to them in general, you know germs and all, but the boys really wanted to go inside so I sucked it up and We hung out in the petty zoo and Benny really liked brushing the goats.
The boys also really loved playing in the giant fake snake!
My favorite exhibit was the hippos mostly cause of this adorable little guy. It was a great day with 2 of my favorite boys.
